Come cool off in our brand new water playground! Your summer will be nóeven more fun now that you splash and climb! As a family park we offer you and your family an unforgettablee experience with this newste acquisition.

NOTE: To play safely, we strongly recommend wearing water shoes to prevent slipping.

Opening hours

From 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.*

*We would like to have the water playground open as often as possible. Unfortunately, due to technical reasons, this is not always possible.
Every morning we post on our Socials (Facebook and Instagram) whether the water playground is open or closed that day.
It is also possible to call the reception of Strandpark Vlugtenburg from 09:00 in the morning: 0174-412420.

Price per child: €4,50
Price per accompanying adult: €2,50
*Free for guests staying at Strandpark Vlugtenburg or Sahara Stay.

Parking

Are you coming by car? Then you can park at Slag Vlugtenburg, Nieuwlandsedijk 20. It is not permitted to park in the park.

Facilities

Next to the water playground is a grassy area with picnic benches, where you can enjoy a drink or a meal. Picnicking with your own food is not allowed here. In nice weather, our outdoor bar will also be open to get a drink or something small to eat.
Next to the water playground is a general changing area with a changing table and there is shower and toilet.

Also fun for mom and dad

In our new playground this summer, the children can enjoy themselves while you enjoy a drink in the sun on the terrace at Eetcafé Zout. Ideal when you don’t feel like the beach, but the kids are ready to cool off. Treat the kids to a unique experience in the water playground and enjoy a snack or drink yourself in our new conservatory overlooking the playground.

You can use the water playground and of course the terrace both with and without staying at the park. So you can also come splash out if you want to get away from home for a while on a nice summer day.
